My turning point came when I was about 11 years old. My dad made me realize that being an elite athlete (baseball) would come from hard work and dedication. My enemy was failure. In baseball most fail more than they succeed and you have to live with that. Being able to overcome the fear of failure is what led me to be the athlete I was in college. When I began working out with Charles and Chelsey at C2 I took that same approach. No fear of not being able to master a bar or move weight will keep me from getting back out there and doing it again. When you are tired and your body hurts will you give up or will you keep pushing to reach your goals and push through finish line ?
Motivation & Passion
My motivation is to push others the best that they can be. I give baseball lessons to kids as their instructor to give them the opportunity to the best athlete they can be. As your coach I will help guide you through your process whichever direction it may be. I'm here to assist your needs and help you surpass your goals.
