I’m a body weight ninja! lol Love workouts that focus on bar work and gymnastics skills. I have been known to win Death By Burpees a time or two. I secretly love chipper workouts, even though I regret the love about half way through the workout. The hardest workout I’ve ever completed was Murph with a weighted vest in 2017.

I have been in the CrossFit world for 3 years. My husband first introduced me to CrossFit in 2015, and at the time I thought he was completely crazy! He wanted me to join a CrossFit box with him and I said “heck no!” I was intimidated! I couldn’t do pull ups or lift heavy weights. I thought it really couldn’t be for me. After 6 months of watching him, and me gradually getting more and more tired of my normal gym routine, I decided to give it a try! I’m SO glad I did! When I first started I NEVER thought I could do pull ups, and now I’m performing bar muscle ups. CrossFit has given me confidence I never thought I had. Has it been challenging? YES! Has it been worth it? ABSOLUTELY!!! Fast forward to now, and I am training athletes just like myself when I started, and I’m loving every minute of it!

Motivation & Passion
I am a natural cheerleader/ motivator so coaching naturally felt right for me. I was a cheerleader through high school and college back home in Indiana. I loved the physical difficulty of the sport as well as the positive energy it expressed to the community. My bubbly and out going personality can be seen in my coaching style, and comes in handy when you need someone to push you through a tough workout. I have a true passion for people, and want to help as many people as possible reach their health and wellness goals.
