Head Walking & Life Coach
In order of awesomeness...
1. I have, by far, the greatest form of any coach when it comes to speed walking. If you see me on the Police "walk" and want some pointers, please feel free to yell for me to slow down and I can give you all the tips you need. (It's all in the hips.)
2. I am the only coach at our gym that can do quadruple unders, but I'm scared of heights, so I stick to singles.
3. I once stood in line for a water at Disney World for a solid 2 hours and 15 minutes. If that's not a true reflection of endurance, I don't know what is.
4. My most coveted skill... blowing a bubble within a bubble with my chewing gum.

The turning point in my life was most definitely the summer of '09. I broke my thumb in a unicycle accident and it kept me immobile and on bed rest for the ENTIRE summer. Once my thumb had healed, I knew I would never let anything in life hold me back again. That's when speed walking became my passion. After being on my back all summer from my thumb injury I wanted to walk EVERYWHERE and I wanted to walk FAST! After logging over 745938450876435837456384793526 steps on my Fitbit in one day, I knew speed walking was going to be my way of life. You are able to see so many more people throughout the day with speed walking verses regular walking and I just want to share my passion with the world and other like-minded people. That's what led me to CSquared. I was speed walking one day and saw a guy inside walking back and forth across the gym, doing a million different things. Rearranging the same pieces of equipment all over the gym. Then he would move on to sweeping up mounds of protein dust left behind by careless gym members. His OCD and passion for cleanliness just drew me right in off the street and trust me...it's a difficult task to stop me mid-stride while speed walking. But I walked trough the doors and met Charles. From that moment my life changed forever. I knew we would be partners for this journey called life by helping people find their untapped skills of walking and blowing double bubbles forever.
